ER4YT-O Re:carbohydrates/Axel

Quite a lot of things turned out about you but one would be a key
information: your secretor status.
Let’s take it as a basis that we are all different people with different
health, etc. conditions. (Only blood type O is common.)
As for me I rarely see/feel the bodily consequences of what I eat or
maybe not immediately. So I find it funny when I read such reports,
but I believe you all.
I try to be very close to the O non-sec diet and I think it is
appropriate for me, because the problems I had back in December
1999 have subsided. I started to become stricter this May when I
learnt I am a non-sec. That’s when I cut out soy and spelt
completely and further lowered the amount of grains and lowered
the amount of dairy ( as it really should be zero for non-secs but I
can’t give up completely). There are some other items: apples
( why?), sage, which you use quite frequently, etc. that have

slipped from neutral to avoid, so I avoid them as much as I can.
(But I don’t feel any pain if I eat an apple occassionally.)
Your cooking style, icluding your openness to experiments, and
enthusiasm resembles mine, you have the advantage that the food
scale that you can obtain is broader than mine here in Hungary.
Thanks for sharing your recipe and information !
The observation I made and sent in my last post has nothing to do
with my name. Maybe the ten plus extra years’ life experience,
who knows.
I like my name though, and yes I would be interested in your
relationship with your mother if you have the time.
Blessings, Rose/Hun
