Thank You for sending this excerpt out. How often should one do a liver
cleanse. Too often would probably weaken us too much, but a really toxic
person, stressed, lots of stones, etc., would possibly want to cleanse
regularly. So, how often is “safe”?
Thanks again for the information. The liver really is crucially important.
I also heard hot lemon water in the morning is good maintenance of the liver.
Possibly there are foods, or smaller daily things we could do to keep our
liver primed, besides “the big cleanse” every so often. Any ideas?

I am seriously considering doing one of these liver cleanses,
and it seems we’ve talked about this before, or was it on the live right list? I
haven’t done a big cleanse in a long time….but am ready to now….so does
anyone remember if we have any info on this in our archives? I hate to ask
questions that have already been discussed….but I’m also not used
to accessing the archives either, ah, so little time….
Thanks,
Lilla
