zucchini recipes
Hello Group..Can someone send me some good zucchini recipes; just got
four big ones from a friend! Checked the recipe file for vegetables
but didn’t see a listing; how do I get to the next page??

Hi Gay,
Here’s an easy zucchini recipe, & it was the only way I could get my
children to eat zucchini. I cannot tell you the amounts of the
ingredients, because I always did it by taste, & everyones taster is
different.
Brown crumbled ground chuck in a skillet (iron skillet is best “I
believe”, & drain off grease. If the skillet is big enough use it to
finish cooking your meal. If not, put browned meat into a suitable
sized pan, add tomatoes (canned, fresh–whatever), onion if you like,
small bite-size chunks of peeled or not-peeled zucchini. Season with
salt & garlic. Simmer until tender. The family loves this served
with salad & buttered garlic bread. I never had left-overs.
