Thank You for sending this excerpt out. How often should one do a liver
cleanse. Too often would probably weaken us too much, but a really toxic
person, stressed, lots of stones, etc., would possibly want to cleanse
regularly. So, how often is “safe”?
Thanks again for the information. The liver really is crucially important.
I also heard hot lemon water in the morning is good maintenance of the liver.
Possibly there are foods, or smaller daily things we could do to keep our
liver primed, besides “the big cleanse” every so often. Any ideas?
Bye for now

Rather that speculate on whether it’s real or not - why don’t you guys just call
and verify ? Seems simple enough.
BTW this should have been done prior to the posts. IMO.
This is outdated, but it makes it obvious to me that this guy doesn’t have time
to write innaccurate emails to Tabitha, nor do his credentials indicate that he
would put inaccurate information in anything he DID write!

I should have said those directories’ currency, not accuracy. They may be old.

This information came to me a few years ago. I don’t remember the
author. This is information to share - not necessarily telling people
not to eat it. We all do what we feel is best for ourselves.

“Meat to Eat”
One reason forbidding pork is that the digestive system of a pig is
completely different from that of a beef. It is similar to ours, in that
the stomach is very acidic. Pigs are gluttonous, never knowing when to
stop eating. Their stomach acids become diluted because of the volume of
food, allowing all kinds of vermin to pass through this protective
barrier. Parasites, bacteria, viruses and toxins can pass into the pig’s
flesh because of overeating. These toxins and infectious agents can be

Tabitha and I are still looking into this, but personally at this point, I
consider it a hoax. The reason is because the name of the “Scottsdale lab,” as I
always refer to it, is actually located in/at the Southwest Naturopathic Medical
Center on MacDowell Road in Scottsdale, Arizona.
I have heard of a Rockwood something or other, but it seems I recall that may be
in Oregon and has NOTHING to do with the SW Medical Center.
I live in Tucson, 90 miles from the Phoenix metro area, of which Scottsdale is a
part, and I have a current Phoenix metro phonebook. The SW Center is definitely
in there, but there is NO ROCKWOOD medical clinic listed!!!!!
As director of the SW medical center, Dr. Kruzel (the real one) is not going to
give us the wrong name for where he works, in my opinion.

I thought this news from Norway may be of general interest.
Olive oil is “suppose” to be one of most healthiest oils.
