i’m pretty excited about this…
hope it works for me… what about the rest of you? i mean,
concerning weight control, energy gains, health gains, etc…

For me cutting out one of the big avoids of wheat appears to have increased
my energy levels (or stopped my energy levels becoming reduced), corn/maize
products are the same though I was eating less of them anyway. Since
attempting to be 100% compliant with the diet (since Easter) I notice those
times when I do eat such products, I become tired and slow, mentally and
physically. Stress levels were a big problem for me and using the
supplements suggested in the Live Right book has greatly improved my
ability to handle stress and that has helped with the fatigue problems I
have had for 18 months since the beginning of last year. I also notice
that if I do not have a high protein breakfast that I will be tired
throughout the day until I do get a good portion of protein. I have also
now lost all the muscle pains I was having in the ‘big’ muscles and no
longer have to rely on sleeping medication. For the last 4 weeks I have
also been able to return to full time work.
Anyway enough of me, feel free to ask whatever questions you might have, no
matter how silly you might think they are. We have some health/nutrition
experts here and plenty of people with varying experiences who are willing
to offer advice and encouragement based on those experiences.
