“liquid” breakfasts

stll at as loss for breakfasts, since I prefer “liquid” breakfasts such as
Slimfast milkshakes and Carnation Instant Breakfast. I know they’re not good
for me and I haven’t touched them in a month, but haven’t been able to find a
replacement either.

Why not try smoothies? Fruits (frozen works best), juices, soy or rice milk if
you’re not doing food combining, nut butters taste good, seeds, protein powders!
Just try lots of combinations mixed up in the blender and see what you like!
