cultures/diets
Hi O’s,,, just thinking today about all the O people who’s diet’s suffered
over the years from eating things that didn’t correspond w/ their blood type.
and how their bodies couldn’t have been functioning at full capacity.
curious if the American Indians and Mexicans were predominantly A’s since
their diets are/were so rich in corn. And the Germans with their pork
sausage and beers, french w/ their pastries, greeks w/ their ouzo!, italians
w/ pastas, hawaiians w/ the pig roastings,,, etc. Guess most cultures have
had enough food to offset the avoids that they survive!
excuse my thinking out loud… Have a healthy day! Leslie

I think most native americans are O - hence the large diabetic population since
exposure to “modern” high carb diets.
Thing is that I don’t believe corn as we know it today was a staple - although
most people believe that it is/was.

staple - although most people believe that it is/was.
I think it was in a Question of the Day on Dr. D’Adamo’s web site
which pointed out that you can tell precisely when a certain tribe
switched from being hunter-gatherers to adopting corn as a
staple because suddenly the bones of the people began to
show signs of malformations which never occured before. Scull,
tooth and bone density all changed when these type-O’s began
to rely on corn. Knowing this, look around us and see all the kids
who need braces and all the vision problems which could be
due to deformities in the eyeball which could be caused by
misformed eyesockets.
I think these things are more related to diet than to some genetic
quirk. Could we have survived as a species if our ancestors had
bad eyes and teeth with no way to fix them? Of course not. Our
bodies want to be perfect but we cause all sorts of
endocrinological havic with the foods we eat. Thank God we
have the blood type diet and Dr. D’Adamo’s brilliant insights to
put us back on the path to heath!

Anything back then wasn’t genetically engineered either - makes a BIG
difference!
