Yes, I am dedicated to this diet because of the WONDERFUL way it makes me feel. I've even got my youngest daughter and her husband on it. She is an O+ and he is a B- and he does all the cooking for her (he is a chef). He still had a hard time giving up tomatoes tho and every time he eats them he gets major indigestion and moans and groans for a couple of hours afterwards and drinks alka seltzer to kill the burn. I always say, "mmmhummm, I told you so" and we all laugh. We have a very good relationship and have agreed to disagree and no one's "feelers" gets offended. Aloha CB HI Leslie,
