Sugar for O’s/Cheryl and Kim
Or better yet! Try Jenne-O’s turkey bacon! Fry it in some olive oil
otherwise it will burn. This is because it contains so little fat. Fry
until crispy! Leanne.

Hi Tabitha,
You wrote: Just a reminder that sugar is an avoid for O nonsecretors, as are
most sweeteners. TABITHA SCHAFFER, TabMTBC@a… * * * * * * * Is Stevia
included in that sweeteners group?

Despite being a non-secretor (at least if my NAP test is correct), I am not
giving up sugar (i.e. chocolate) unless it starts causing serious health issues.
Life is too short to not have some sinful luxuries…

In case anyone is looking for a sweetener substitute try Welch’s
concentrated white grape juice. It’s very sweet with little flavor. I
absolutely love lemonade but there isn’t a kind out there that would be
considered legal for a non-secretor. So I mix some lemon juice with
concentrated white grape juice and ooo, la, la!!! I haven’t tried juice in
cooking yet. It can’t be too much different than using honey or maple
syrup. Leanne.
