Blood type diet

Sure enough, my red blood cells returned to normal in just a few
months when I had another test done — they had been huge when we discovered
the problem with a routine checkup.

Is having large red cells a sign of B12 deficiency? I just wondered since I had
had some lab work done and some of my cells were large (just a bit larger than their upper limit).
so I was wondering if that would be a sign? … My doctor said he didn’t really use that
value for anything!?! sheesh.
