re chocolate query
stephen,
i relate to your love of chocolate. being a non secretor, i think you are not
supposed to eat sugar either!!!!! i am terribly sugar senstivive and actually
get aches and pains and flu symptoms when i use it. so i wonder if im a non
secretor too. i await my secretor tests.

Chocolate actually does not contain milk. Milk Chocolate does. Plain
chocolate (much more popular in Europe) is simply cocoa, butter, vanillin
and sugar.
I am confessed chocolate lover and curse the day that I found out I was a
non-secretor. I have not given up chocolate though. You can find plain
chocolate at some store (Ritter Sport makes a wonderful plain chocolate -
available online at many sites). Also, some dark and bittersweet chocolates
are dairy free (Whole Foods has their own line of chocolates that include
dairy free).
My problem is simply I love it too much. Plus, a little sin is a good thing
(see the movie Chocolate for more details).
