more on water…
Thanks for your ideas on this…I have always found that the only
time I get any pleasure out of drinking water is when I am extremely
thirsty on a very hot day w/ sweating. At most other times, I have to
force myself to drink water.
Having been very overweight most of my life
(I presently weigh around 550 pounds) makes me wonder if perhaps my body
is as efficient at using water (and therefore requiring a lower than
standard intake) as it is storing fat and perhaps this doesn’t
necessarily have to do with my blood type.
ALSO, does anyone have any experience w/
adding Microhydrin or Crystal Energy to their water and how it has
helped their health ?
I am considering trying this as MAYBE if my water was healthier my body
would recognize this and then would want more of this treated water.
Any other very obese Type O non-secretors out there ?
Thanks, James

I have been drinking water and basically water only for years. I am not overweight. It is rare if I drink less than 64 ounces per day. Yet, I was feeling dehydrated much of the time. Eating high-water-content food seems to quench my thirst more than water with the added benefit of fiber to transport the moisture. (I don’t eat enough of them.)
I had my blood tested and was told that my cells were not absorbing the water, and consequently, the water wasn’t hydrating my cells as much as it could be. Does that make sense to anyone else?
Just some water thoughts,
Kathleen

I am curious - what would cause your cells to not absorb all the water?

Interesting about cell absorbtion, mine are not absorbing protein, so I am taking enzymes to help this.
