O diet

I have just read the book Live Right 4 Your Type. I ve enjoyed the
book imensley and found it to be very interesting. I have just begun
to follow the diet. I have purchased the suggested Manna bread -
However, after reading the label it appears that this cake like bread
has alot of ingredients that are on the avoid list. The bread
contains Brown Rice, Barley, Millet, Flas Seed Rye Kernels, Soya
Beans, Rolled Oats, Oat Bran and Cornmeal. Does anyone know if there
is more than one type of Manna Bread?
