ear candling

Sunday, February 29th, 2004

Hi Juni,

Not only impacted wax but I’ve seen little worms come out. When one is performing this procedure, you must wear disposable gloves because when you cut the candle open to check out the progress, it is FULL of germs and bacteria, so you must protect yourself when helping others.

Saturday, February 28th, 2004

Hi,
I’m a PhD holistic health facilitator (B+ secretor) re-
offering free 3 to 7-page holistic-
health papers (the pair offered each week), contrasting the orthodox
allopathic medical and
alternative healing approaches.
Email me at kosmik@… from your own email address
(not from the ER4YT email addressdo NOT click on “Reply”) and TELL
ME WHAT PAPERS YOU WANT. Note that as a B+ I do not read postings on
this site. Please do not ask to be put on a list to receive
future papers. I am too busy to send re-sends, so you will want to
print off papers of potential interest to you.
This week’s offering: Paper 15D, The Adrenal Glands;
Paper16D, Lungs, Asthma, Bronchitis, Emphysema, Pneumonia, Lung
Cancer, “Colds,” “Flu”

As far as I am aware Dusan does not actively read the lists regularly
and so you will need to contact them directly. Hope this helps.

Non Secretor List

Friday, February 27th, 2004

Thank you for posting the non secretor list. I do not have the LR book as
yet but after reading all the exchanges and knowing my own body, I thrive on
protein, can not loose weight and do not feel especially well, if I eat
grain, dairy, or starches I am sure that I am a non secretor. This listing
will help get me started until I can afford the book

acid/alkaline

Thursday, February 26th, 2004

Don’t think Dr. D was exactly advocating tomatoes for us, but says OK on
occasion… Deb, someone told me that peppermint tea can cause migranes.
But I drink a lot of it and never experienced that.
New discussion… does anyone remember a ways back when Nancy brought up the
pH issue? I finally did a test yesterday and it resulted in high acidity
(5.5) where the ideal is something like 7.4. anyway I spent the rest of
the day taking in a lot of fruits and vegetables (more than usual) and the pH
went up to normal levels before bed and dropped a little this morning.
Anyway, I’m wondering if Dr. D took into account pH balance at all with the
diet or is it strictly based on lectin/blood type reactions?
Since cancer thrives (they say?) in an acid environment I think it’s
important to keep an eye on this… (since we’re prone to acid w/ a high
meat/protein diet)
Also, does anyone know if seltzer/club soda is alkaline ?
food for thought!! Love, Leslie

NOEL IN TUCSON: Diet Group This Afternoon!

Thursday, February 26th, 2004

Hi Noel, didn’t seem to have your personal email, so am sending the email
below that I sent my people locally out on this list in hopes you might see
it in time. Have no idea if you have any need or desire for such a thing,
but since you live in the area, wanted to let you know about it. We are at
624-7808, 630 S. Main Ave., at 17th Street, south of the Tucson Convention
Center and a few blocks north of 22nd Street.
Sorry everyone, I know this isn’t relevant to most people on the list, but I
didn’t have her personal email address and we live in the same city! The
group will be meeting every week, Noel.

EAR POUNDING

Wednesday, February 25th, 2004

Help! My ear is pounding off and on inside my head. You know how you can get
a muscle tic or an eye twitch but it lasts longer. It feels like the ear drum
is pounding or quivering. Sometimes it will pound so much I feel slightly
nauseated. This started on Friday and sometimes is worse than others.
I haven’t changed my medication or anything or tried any new foods. I haven’t
taken aspirin or anyhting like that for months (the chiropractor and massage
therapists have made my headaches go away).
Anyone have a clue?
