secretor tests/ How about…..?

Haven’t gotten the new book or the test. But with all things considered, I
think my best bet is to eat meat, vegetables, 2-4 fruits, and drink tons of
water every day. The variations start to worry me in more neutral food
areas, right? But secretor or non secretor, HB is always meat, fresh
vegetables, (a few HB choices), and 2 plums and 2 apples. Dont even think
about that peripheral stuff. As an O-, with HYPO thyroid symptoms, and
Insulin trouble, Hormone imbalance, I don’t want to rock the boat. (and
three children, youngest just turned 4) (just turned 42 myself). ARE we
having fun yet?…………………….
Can someone tell me if the differences in secretor or non secretors is in
foods eaten, or personality. Just why would i buy the book if no matter what
I am, Im eating meat, and fresh produce, working toward water as nearly only
beverage. Does book help me with career choices, or help predict specific
emotional vulnerabilities, or help predict personality longsuits, suggest
places where we need more help, or have great strength (as an O-) or whatever?
