Saturday, January 31st, 2004

Dear Tracie and onther O’s
Hilda Clark has a flush for both of the above and can be found in her book A
Cure from all Disease - have not tried it yet but some months ago it was a
topic of discussion where some mentioned that they found it very good. Perhaps
there will be info in the archive section.
Best wishes to all of you for the year 2001

Dr D’adamos comments

Saturday, January 31st, 2004

Was sifting through the Dadamo message board to see what Dr D has been
posting recently and thought that you all might be interested to hear what he’s
been saying about the new book and stuff. So here’s whet I found. You can use
the search facility at the web site to check the strings that these comments
where taken from if they seem a little out of context. I have tried to say at
the
beginning what he is relating his comments to, so it shouldn’t be too difficult
to
undestand.
There is some information about how to use the new tier system and why
certain foods have changed status. I have included one mailing from Steve, as I
thought it was prety pertinant too.
Hope this is interesting to you all.

gallbladder problems

Friday, January 30th, 2004

Hi Vicki,
I’m going through that right now. What prompted me to go on the Type
O diet was chronic stomach and digestion problems. I think the diet
stirred things up, because I felt absolutely horrible for several
weeks. I was vomiting and was literally afraid to eat because
everything made me so nauseous. I was going to a lame-o

procedure?? Geez.) Because he took so long to run the right test, I
had a terrible gallbladder attack and had to go to the emergency
room. Sure enough, that was the problem. I consulted with a surgeon
who wasn’t convinced I should have it removed. Mainly, because I
have a whole host of digestive problems and he felt there was the
possibility that my gallbladder is a symptom, not a cause. So, with

Hi Randee,
Could you or someone tell me if the Live Right Book is mostly about what to
eat? Or does it have chapters or units on Personality, Exercise, or Other
which vary from blood type to blood type?

Hi,
I’m a PhD holistic health facilitator re-offering free 3 to 7-
page holistic-health papers (2 a week), contrasting the orthodox
allopathic medical and alternative healing approaches.
Email me at kosmik@… from your own email address
(not this BB, which I do not read, being a B+) and TELL ME WHAT
PAPERS YOU WANT (please do not ask to be put on a list to receive
future papers). I am too busy to send re-sends, so you will want to
print off papers of potential interest to you.
This week’s offering: Paper 3D, The Pancreas, Hypoglycemia,
Diabetes; Paper 4D, Self-Correction of Some Structural Problems
(”self-chiropractic”).
