It’s horrible! I love black tea with milk and sugar. And I guess I’m
trying to make the green tea the same way with rice milk and sugar, Yuck!
Hi Beth and everyone,
Beth try stevia in your green tea. Just 2 or 3 drops in place of the sugar
and first try without the milk see if its more tolerable. I know I can’t
drink it plain either and I am trying to cut back on the sugar so I tried the
stevia and that did the trick for me. Stevia has also helped with blemishes
on my face when I applied topically. Hope this helps.

HI Beth,
I usually boil my water, put in the green tea that I have cut out from a tea
bag and steep it for 4 minutes. Strain it into a cup and squeeze fresh lemon
juice into it along with a packet of Stevia powder from NOW company. Stir it
up and sip it down. I really love lemon/green tea this way. Good Luck with
perfecting it for yourself.

Hi Elizabeth,
I have found that if you don’t squeeze the tea bag out in the brewed tea makes it a clearer not bitter brew. Try that. . .
