antihistamines
My doctor has suggested taking an antihistamine. Does anyone know of a
natural, safe for O’s source. Also has anyone had success with a non
surgical remedy for bilateral carpal tunnel.
Thanks.

I have found that the combination of chiropractic, logistical adjustments of
chair to keyboard height and ergonomic keyboard, plus t’ai chi to reorganize
the way I move and use my body have eliminated carpal tunnel for me. Your
hands are an extension and an expression of the trunk of your body and so
fixing core issues like posture and tension in the body as a whole is the way
to go. Also, for temporary relief, find a naturopath who will inject Traumeel
(not Traumed)–a homeopathic remedy–into your affected joints. Works great
for heel spurs even! Not a doctor, but I’ve been there, done that.

First Gina, for what is the antihistamine being suggested? Allergies? Cold?
As for carpal tunnel, I had bad carpal tunnel and cysts with surgery twice.
These conditions have been nonexistent with regular adjustments and wrist
adjustments from my chiropractor. Wish I had known that before surgery.
Thanks for the suggestions Tabitha. I was wondering if chiropractic would work as I sure do not want to go the surgery root if at all possible. The anthistamines were suggested for fluid in the eustachian (sp?) tubes. Not sure if it is cold or allergy related. I just don’t want to go the traditional route as I am already on so much medication. I am having allot of problems with ear infections and hearing (my eardrums have thickened and become concave). The drs do not have an explanation except that I will continue to go deaf. I will be seeing an ear surgeon in Victoria early in January but thought in the meantime if I could take something to control the fluid, it may decrease the likihood of infection etc.

I have traumeel cream. Would that help or does it have to be injected? Thank you for your suggestions.

Hi Elizabeth,
I know you wrote to Tabitha about the carpal tunnel syndrome and some herbs that will heal this dreadfully painful ailment. Please send my that information as well.
