Vitamin E and Echinachea

I read that Vitamin E and Echinachea are both avoids for Type O,
my partner is Type O with health problems and he needs to take
something that would work the same way as Vitamin E does to prevent
heart disease, and reduce fats in the blood. What can he take that
does the same thing as Vit E, but is not an avoid. Also if he cannot
take Echinachea as it is an avoid for O’s what can he take during the
flu season to prevent colds and flu the same way as Echinachea does.
Also what would the effect be on O’s when they take either Vit E or
Echinachea is it very bad for them?

Here in B.C. there is a remedy called Strauss Heart Drops. The web site is
www.naturalheartmedicine.com. It has excellent testimonials regarding
results. People with clogged arteries have had them cleared. It can lower
cholesterol and tryglicerides considerably and I know personally of one
person who has clogged arteries and was having terrible angina that
disappeared after just a month on the drops. No, I do not sell them not do
I get commission. LOL It is just that I have heard such amazing results
from this product. I have extremely high tryglicerides and have now been
taking the drops for about 5 weeks. I have not had my blood tested to see
those results but I have had a red rash on one cheek for several years now
that nothing has been able to clear up and it is almost gone. I also have a
bulging vein in my leg. It stood out about an inch or more. It is now less
than half the size. It would be my recommendation to try for fat in the
blood. It is made of garlic, cayenne, bilberry and hawthorn. It is very
strong and hard to take at first but as you get used to the taste………

The garlic would also be good for colds, flu etc. along with good ole Vit.
C should do the trick for you almost as well as Echinacea. I as well relied
heavily on Echinacea during the winter but find at the first sign of a cold
almost overdosing on garlic and C will do the same thing. Hope this info is
    useful.

about the flu shot, is it true that the flu shot has mercury in it
and where did you get this information? My partner already took the
flu shot for this year about 2 weeks ago for the first time.
I would never take it. But I am alarmed to hear that it has mercury
in it and other bad things. What effects will this flu shot have on
him in the future? Mercury is poisonous, and I know that it can cause
mental problems, so will the mercury from the flu shot affect him
mentally or is it too minute to to cause any symptoms? What symptoms
    should I look out for?
Is there a website where I can find info about the flu shot and its
    contents and unhealthy side effects?
