Protein Shakes/Soy

I went to Whole Foods Market earlier this week and the person in charge of
supplements gave me some valuable information which I’ll share with you:
-He said that they are in the process of removing the non-fermented soy
products from their shelves. He said that soon (he did not tell me when) ALL
the soy products the store has, will be FERMENTED.
-Another interesting thing he said was (he also drinks the Circadian
Protein Shake) that it is important to rotate the components and the times.
If you ingest a food on a daily basis without rotating it, the body reacts by
producing an allergy to it.
-They have a Soy Protein now (new product) from Jarrow (www.jarrow.com)
called Organic Fermented SOY Essence, which I’ll use one day and another day
I’ll use the rice protein. Once they’ll have a fermented soy milk I will get
that one too; in the meantime I will make almond milk to alternate with the
rice milk. Sometimes I will have the shake for breakfast, and sometimes for
lunch…

-One last thing: drink enough water throughout the day, so the flaxseed
can be better digested and do not forget to chew food conscientiously.
My husband and I are leaving on vacation now, so I wish all of you the best
until my return!
