Hi,
I’m a PhD holistic health facilitator re-offering free 3 to 7-
page holistic-health papers (2 a week), contrasting the orthodox
allopathic medical and alternative healing approaches.
Email me at kosmik@… from your own email address
(not this BB, which I do not read, being a B+) and TELL ME WHAT
PAPERS YOU WANT (please do not ask to be put
on a list to receive future papers). I am too busy to send re-sends,
so you will want to print off papers of potential interest to you.
This week’s offering: 21D, Homeopathy; 22D, Immune System
Support (”Immune #3″).
Zhelayu dobrovo zdorovja i dolgoletiya! (Russian for “I wish
you good health and longevity!”).

Americans are terribly deficient in the nutrients provided by lecithin.
Heart disease, obesity, out-of-control appetites, Alzheimers and other forms
of senility, bad memory in general, many forms of mental and emotional
imbalances, premature and excessive wrinkling, benign
fatty lumps under the skin that grow and grow, liver problems, hair loss and
graying hair at early ages — all of these problems are related in some way,
in part at least, to lecithin deficiencies. Yet the only good sources in our
culture are eggs and organ meats. Who eats those every day?
Shaklee has two lecithin products, capsules and chewables, and both are
guaranteed to be free of unhealthy soy byproducts and toxins so commonly
found in many lecithin products found on the market today. The capsules
contain soy lecithin and soybean oil, while the tablets contain soy
lecithin, soy protein, fructose and tricalcium phosphate.
Shaklee pro-lecin nibblers are an excellent product for Blood Type A and B
in particular. For those on the I Love Dieting program, regardless of blood

What has happened that after e-groups makes changes on Sunday morning we can’t get to the mailing list? Have any of you tried this time? I can’t get in to check on something but I get my daily e-mail from it.

hi Juni, where to find the essay on Lecithin? I’ve been a shaklee
advocate/distributor for yrs,, and am interested! thanks,, Leslie
In looking through recipe books I came across this one for a barley
casserole which is very good in place of rice or sweet potatoes for a
change. I have not looked at the latest list to see where barley is but as
there is a recipe for black-eyed peas and barley salad that is HB for O’s
I’m assuming……………..
BARLEY CASSEROLE
1 bunch chopped green onion ( I used a leek)
1 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons butter ( I used olive oil)
1 cup pearl barley
3 cups beef broth
10 oz. French onion soup
Sauté the green onions and celery in the butter for 5 minutes. Stir in the
barley and coat it well with the pan juices.
In the casserole mix the sautéed vegetables, barley, broth and soup

Where did you find this info on lecithin? or did I just miss it? I was
adding lecithin to all sorts of foods but was not sure of the benefit so I
stopped. I would appreciate a copy of this essay.
Thank you
Gina
The ‘code’ is the first word on the specified page immediately below the
page number and book title in the ER4YT book, not the cookbook. Well
this is where I found it in the copy of the ER4YT book I have, published
by Century Books 1998. Hope that helps.

Thank you all for the help you have been already!
Peppercorns are neutral, ground pepper is avoid…Does this mean if I
grind a little fresh on a meal it is neutral?
Spelt flour is mentioned, but soy flour is not. Is soy flour neutral
also?
Where do I find the code I read about for accessing the updated food
list on the main website? Have looked for it in the Eat Right and
the Cook Right books I have, but seem to be missing it!
In advance…a BIG thanks
