Week One Rambling - Salad Dressing
<<Anyone have any luck making their own dressing, or know of any O-friendly
ones on the market?
I don’t believe there is a single commercial dressing that is free from all
the usual avoids: vinegar, corn syrup, xantham gum, etc.
The best dressing to me is the simplest to make: olive oil, lemon juice,
basil and oregano. Combine in amounts to your taste (I like about equal
parts olive oil and lemon) and let stand for about 30 minutes to let the
herbs do their magic. It’s wonderful!!
