Another book
I recently found another book dealing with blood type eating. It is called
“The Answer is in your Blood” by Steven M. Weissberg, M.D. and Joseph
Christiano, A.P.P.T. It is very interesting in that it was published after
Dr. D’s book and is the result of a research study. Much of the information
is the same but there are a few variations. For instance they say that Whey
Protein Isolate is extremely beneficial for all blood types as it boosts the
immune system for those whose systems are impaired or compromised. They
include the glycemic index of most common foods and explain gene
frequencies. They have charts and grafts to support their opinions a
result of their research. Just puts a little slant on the same subject.
Now for my question. Does anyone know what the difference between whey
protein and whey protein isolate is? I have been avoiding whey protein as
had assumed it was an avoid.
There is a web site at www.4blood.com.
