Uses for Soy Flour?

I was wondering if anyone had a Soy Flour Recipe for a bread machine.
I just got one. Made Spelt bread last night… and holy cow It
actualy came out GOOD.
Now if I can only figure out O complient Bread Crumbs I can get
started on my famous Meatballs :-) Margo

    To get bread crumbs … make the spelt bread and use some of it …
    you can cube it and then put it in a flat pan and either broil it or bake
    it - or if you have a toaster oven use that. (if you want you can spritz it
    with a garlic olive oil prior to cooking - yum :). If you need fine bread
    crumbs just
    put the cubes in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to break it up :).
