		<description>To get bread crumbs ... make the spelt bread and use some of it ...
you can cube it and then put it in a flat pan and either broil it or bake
it - or if you have a toaster oven use that. (if you want you can spritz it
with a garlic olive oil prior to cooking - yum :). If you need fine bread
crumbs just
put the cubes in a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to break it up :).</description>
