Tabitha, thanks for that information. So very informative! I love reading
something like that from a voice of experience. It’s easy to read the
technical stuff in the book(s) but makes more sense when I get information
from somebody living the life!
I’ve started incorporating things into our diet. I’ve switched us totally
over to Rice Dream and my 9 year old son drinks it and doesn’t even
complain! He let me know, in no uncertain terms though, that he does NOT
like soy milk, but rice milk is okay!
Now, if I can just get you to write up a “boot camp” of menus for the first
week or two of eating this way, I’d have it made! LOL

    We are not the formal menu planning types. I just keep a lot of HB’s and N’s
    in the house and mix and match as I choose.
