Hi Leslie,
The date when the shake recipe was posted is 10/05, message #3527 and there
was one after that with variations (with milk, or soy).
Sometimes this helps me on finding past messages: go to e-groups, after login
in go to our page ER4YT-O and in the right corner appears a little window
where you can write your search and then press GO, and voila! all the
messages related to that topic appear if the subject on the postings had been
properly entered.
By the way, did the cyst your husband had go away? I hope it did!
