Shake n bake

Before ER I used to make my own shake n bake and the trademark taste (in my
opinion) comes from cornflake crumbs. So… if there is an ER substitute
that has a similar crunch and sweet taste, you could just add some spelt and
salt and garlic and you’d have a similar coating.

    OOOh!
    Thanks Ginny,
I think that sounds like a starting point. I really want my recipe to be
tasty enough that i can use for whole family. Not just always my chicken
being seperately made. No problem. But meals for me need to be simple.
