Lectins/was eggs

I am thankful to have seen this distinction. We do have to notice those
lectins-they seem to do a lot of damage. My nutritional counselling has
borne out Dr. D’s firm counsel to O’s - - “Leave that Wheat alone!” But
other stuff - seems less critical, and individuals have varied reactions.
This ER4YT is really, for the most part, SO consistent, though, with most
advice I’ve had from other sources. Pretty much Dr. D has done his homework,
it seems!
