		<description>Hi Tabitha!
Well , I won't give up, even though if anyone could have made EZ bread in
bread machine it would have been you! Not too pressing an issue, but I want
to make my own someday. I will be able to make spelt bread in bread machine
from recipes I've seen and I just got my own copy of Bread Machine Baking for
Better Health, which you mentioned!

&#60;&#60; he recipe in "The Enchanted Broccoli Forest" works really well with spelt
flour,as a matter of fact most of Molly Katzen's recipes are easily
converted to almost any bloodtype. This is my favorite cookbook and I've had
beautiful results with the breads/pastries using spelt.

&#60;&#60; I wanted to know if anyone ever made spelt "shake n bake" chicken in oven?
I'd like to make some for myself when the others have regular "Shake n Bake".
Forgive if recipe has come out and I missed it.
Hi Mary Ann it's Tab the recipe queen LOL,
I have no recipes for shake n bake yet but I'm working on adapting one. As
for bread machine stuff, I do not make EZ bread in the bread machine because
all the recipes I have are not ER correct (ie made by someone in a cookbook
who thought they knew what they were doing...) but I do get lovely spelt
bread recipes from BREAD MACHINE BAKING FOR BETTER HEALTH by Chace and Keane
which can be ordered through Books a Million or Amazon.com. When I figure
out that shake n bake I'll let you know.
You may want to consider joining Friendly Freezer at egroups. I adapted most
of my recipes from them. They are also used to me posting recipes with blood
 &lt;!--more--&gt;
types in them blah blah blah and I am convinced they know the answer to every
cooking question on earth. Be warned that they have over 2300 members though
so they generate a lot of mail and I do a lot of deleting based on subject
 line because of that.
 Go to egroups website.
In the search box type freezer cooking.
One of the groups that comes up should be Friendly Freezer.
Click on that group and then click subscribe
Or you can send an email to
 Friendly-Freezer-subscribe@egroups.com
Since you would be a new member your messages will automatically be sent to
the moderators for approval for a week or so. This is just to make sure no
pranksters interfere with a nice list. It happens to everyone new.
If this still interests you contact me off list if you have trouble
subscribing and I will contact one of the moderators for you.
