Tabitha thanks for the acronym explanations. It’s been interesting to me to
notice how over time not only are A’s more and more avoidable, they’re
undesireable too! Like OJ–don’t much like it, milk, yuck and I used to
consume gallons a week of both! Ugh.

Hi Melinda,
HB stands for highly beneficial. The reason they are not an avoid is because
Dr.D was testing powdered eggs (as I understand it) for the ER4YT book and
those tested as an avoid, but fresh eggs are OK.
