		<description>Tabitha thanks for the acronym explanations. It's been interesting to me to
notice how over time not only are A's more and more avoidable, they're
undesireable too! Like OJ--don't much like it, milk, yuck and I used to
consume gallons a week of both! Ugh.

HB stands for highly beneficial. The reason they are not an avoid is because
Dr.D was testing powdered eggs (as I understand it) for the ER4YT book and
those tested as an avoid, but fresh eggs are OK.
