Where do you find the O bars? and is natural vanilla ok? thought it was an
avoid… leslie again

The O-bars are available from the North American Pharmacy (see link at
Dr D’s site)
Vanilla is listed as an avoid, eggs are also an avoid except for a
questionable occasional use, several ingredients are listed as unknowns
and from a very quick check only okra, kelp, fig and date are listed as
beneficial. Perhaps these form the main ingredients of the bars and the
others are only in very small quantities.
