		<description>&#60;&#60;Hi, does anyone out there eat the o-bars? I need to know if they have any
 walnuts in them. I can't tollerate them, so before I send away for them I'd
 like to know. If anyone has the wraper or box with the list of all the
 ingredents and could e-mail them to me I also appreciate it.
 Thanks, CJ from Albany, NY cjnicholas@...
 CJ,
 When I'm not low-carbing, I do eat the O Bars. Since I seem to be the
 ingredient queen as of late I figured I'd respond:
 Protein Blend: whole egg powder, egg white solids, egg yolk blend
 Herbal Blend: grape seed extract, astragalus extract, freeze-dried okra,
 turmeric extract, kelp
 Other Ingredients: Chocolate Coating (organic cocoa beans, cocoa butter,
 malt, whole cane sugar, lecithin, natural vanilla), malt barley syrup, cocoa
 powder, fig paste, date paste, honey, natural flavors, stevia extract,
 vegetable glycerine
 &lt;!--more--&gt;
 No walnuts or nuts of any kind. Personally, I love nuts and wish they
 developed a new bar that had them!
