Hi everybody,
I need some help. This woman contacted me as a result of a freezer cooking
list I am on and asked me to share my ER success story. I have shared my
story with her but she would like to hear from others. She has fibromyalgia
and chronic fatigue and is particularly interested in how ER helps you cope

Hi Tabitha…Grammy Jan here.
I wondered if you would have the time to drop me a note and tell me a
bit about your results with ER4YT. I have Chronic Fatigue/ Immune
Dysfunction Syndrome and Fibromyalgia, and am wondering if this type of
“diet” would be of help to me. I have ordered the book and if I am
impressed with that I will order the “typing kit” online. But would
like to here from real live people the good AND bad of it all….and if
it’s really “worth it”. So if you know of others, feel free to give them
my e-mail address also. Do you know of some that it “hasn’t” worked
