better rice pasta

Dear Tracy, I use a brand of rice pasta called Tinkenyada, I think this is the
spelling. It is made in Canada out of brown rice. My family love it, and I
have served it to unknowing family and then asked what they thought. They
couldn’t tell the difference. I have only one store in my area that stocks it.
When it gets low I ask them immediately to order more. The spelt pasta is
really good too, I just don’t tolerate spelt as well as I do rice. Good Luck.
God Bless, Sandy

I second Sandy’s thoughts on Tinkyada (correct spelling-I have a pkg. in
front of me) rice pasta! The ingredients are: Brown rice, rice bran,
water. It is excellent-just like what we used to eat before ER.

Hey I’ll third ‘em …. just had some last night (now to remember which store
carried them :) …. it was GREAT!!!… Tasted as good if not better than some
other pastas and it didn’t have a grainy texture (that most rice breads seem to
    have UCK).
We used it in a chicken and vegetable soup. YUMMY.
