Is it possible to buy oat milk or do you have to make it? I have not seen
it in the stores here. Might be nice for a change.

I was not made a moderator until after this date, so never got to see
the notice. The list owner would have been sent it.
Unfortunately we do, using/posting text only messages helps…on other
eGroups that use html posts the adverts are….colorful

How should we adapt this diet to lose weight?
Avoid beans? seeds? Juices (high in calories)?
thanx

I have been reviewing the vitamins/herbs I am taking. At present I have
been taking kelp. Dr. D ’s book mentions bladderwrack. Does anyone know
what if any the differences are. On page 90 it suggests that bladderwrack
is good for the stomach lining, thyroid function and weight loss. All
things I need to be concerned with. Does kelp do the same thing or should I
be switching? Thanks in advance for any input!

Does anyone know how one becomes qualified as a Naturapath, I had this
vague memory that they were an MD who then went on to specialize as a
ND, maybe this was the personal path of those who I have read about.

Hi,
My 11 year old son came to me and asked me why he has a “bump”
under his nipple. I felt it and it was pea sized and hard.
He says it only hurts when he messes with it and this was the
first time he noticed it.
Where do I go from here? I don’t want to go to a medical doctor.
I don’t believe much in medical-type cancer treatment if that is
what it is. But if I don’t go mainstream, will I be in trouble
for neglect?
What are my options for dealing with this “bump” naturally? I
have a Naturopath who has dealt with a couple of my other kids for
allergies and eczema and such. Is this a good place to start?
What should I be doing as far as cleansing and diet for him? I
just really don’t know where to begin…
Thanks for anything you can offer.

Steve, I’ve heard that flax/flax seed, maybe flax oil is good for
fibro-myalgia,,, a friend’s mom has it and says that flax and swimming has
helped her a great deal,, also a dry Arizona climate helps. don’t know if
this is the same as the ailments you mentioned… Leslie
is it at all possible to have “A” tolerances if you are an O but have a
parent that’s an A? curious, it would be nice to have an occasional coffee,
or oatmeal ! Les/Seattle
