So,
Whereabouts on our side of the pond? How will we know it’s you? LOL.
Seriously, rooting for your good health, and success so that you can make
this transition well and be happy!
Prayer has amazing power to help me when I don’t feel well. I have just been
noticing this lately.
Bye for now

selzer/water

Hi O’s! a possibly dumb question… is seltzer better for us than regular
water? just wondering since you don’t see water on the HB list but seltzer
is!
my husb. has a cyst (on his butt, I’m sure he’d love knowing I’m telling you
this!).. anyway it’s good sized (about the size of a ball you’d play jax
with).. and the Internist he went to today said not to worry about it and
not to remove it unless it irritates him or hurts (which it doesn’t). I’m
wondering if you guys have any suggestions,,, should he try that progesterone
cream?? At some time I’ll run this question by the ND but that won’t be for
awhile… Thanks much! Leslie
ps. my husb. mentioned the ER4yT diet to the MD who didn’t exactly agree with
the blood type/food connection theory.. but said if it works for you go ahead
w/ it…

<< But it is the
terrible fatigue that gets me down. And woe is me if I cheat and eat wheat
or corn. I could sleep for a week after a plate of spaghetti. Oh well. I
just fill up on fish or lean beef and veggies and eat rice when I get the
real carbo craves. I seem to tolerate rice very well and I do like it. Now
that summer is coming to an end, I can expect the low pressure weather
systems to arrive. That is when the pain becomes pretty regular. It is not
the cold, but the low pressure that causes discomfort. However, since the
98′ heat just sucks every bit of energy from me, I am ready for a change.
But come January, I will be looking for spring again. Isn’t it nice that we
do get a change?
Pam,
This is just like me. But i haven’t been diagnosed. Just take a laundry

Thursday, September 18th, 2003

Hi All,
I am new to the list and to the diet, and I have a question -
Butter which is made from cowmilk is listed as neutral, what
then about whipped cream, and homemade icecream??
Best wishes

Cliff’s free Paper 16D (new), The Lungs; Asthma,

Thursday, September 18th, 2003

Hi,
I’m a PhD holistic health facilitator re-offering free 3 to 7-
page holistic-health papers (2 a week), contrasting the orthodox
allopathic medical and alternative healing approaches.
Email me at kosmik@… from your own email address
(not this BB, which I do not read, being a B+) and TELL ME WHAT
PAPERS YOU WANT (please do not ask to be put on a list to receive
future papers). I am too busy to send re-sends, so you will want to
print off papers of potential interest to you.
This week’s offering: Paper 16D, The Lungs; Asthma,
Bronchitis, Emphysema, Pneumonia, Lung Cancer, “Colds,”
“Flu”—-this
is a NEW PAPER.
A votre bonne santé! (French for “To your good health!”)

Just to mention that Burdock tea/extract is on our avoid list. Good luck
