Chromium Picholinate
My husband and I were recently visiting the “Wellness Apothecary” in
Winnipeg, which sells herbs, vitamins, homeopathic remedies, protein
supplements etc.
Rob, the proprietor and Dave were discussing working out. Rob told Dave
what a difference Chromium Picholinate had made in his muscle
development. I told Dave that I recalled it being listed as an avoid.
I have checked the lists and it is, indeed, listed as an avoid for all
four blood types. There is no reason supplied, but I thought that one
of the readers of these blood type lists might have a clue.
Thanks

I suspect he only needs Chromium, not Chromium Picolinate. Picolinate
seems to be a widely marketed version. You might check with your
doctor to see if chromium is acceptable. I’m not usually an alarmist,
but the research on picolinate scared me enough to shy away from it.
