<description>In the grocery stores around here, there is carbonated water and
something else called "seltzer water". I think the seltzer water has
quinine in it. I love the carbonated water, but the seltzer water is
very bitter and I don't like it.
What about Perrier? Is that considered seltzer water?
Do you all have two different varieties, too?

Thanks Kathleen,
I wondered why Selzer is HB. But does anyone know what gastrin does? My
guess is it probably helps digestion.

<description>According the food lists that give you the reasons, seltzer water regulated
the release of gastrin, which is beneficial to Type O's.

		<description>Leslie
In my experience ( not personal) many, not all, cyst's go away by
themselves. As a cyst is just a pocket of fluid the trapped fluid often
spontaneously dissipates, or bursts the cyst and the body (hopefully) takes
care of healing or cleaning up the mess. I haven't heard of any direct
therapy other than aspiration and if the MD did not suggest or do
that.................. Hopefully someone else will have better info.
