and homemade ice cream are both no nos for us O’s unless you
can find dairy free varieties.

Dr. D says sometimes the presentation of a particular food makes it an avoid
when in other forms the same food would be ok (like we can have apples but
not apple juice)

Hi Gudny,
Whipped cream and ice cream made from cow’s milk are avoids, even though
butter is neutra. I can’t explain why, maybe someone else can.
