I had recognized that Jewish families were very strict about eating dairy and
meat foods at same meal. Won’t even use the same pots bowls etc for the two.
I wonder if someone, knows if that’s a clue. Our meat is a calcium-blocker?
Or, that we actually need less calcium if we eat less meat or don’t eat them
(dairy, or known calcium source foods), together?
Some vegetarians claim the meat-eating status of a person makes them need
variable amounts of calcium. Meat eaters lose calcium, they claim, so they
need to supplement.

A lot of that not in the same pot stuff has to do with religious customs and
regulations in the Old Testament where they were very strict about pots,
foods, clothing, and a host of other things.
