Wild Boar

I realize you live in the UK, but I thought I would tell you about a
restaurant in Philadelphia that on New Year’s Eve had Wild Boar on it’s menu.
The restaurant is called Ludwig’s Garten. Its specialty is traditional
German & Austrian food. The establishment is a theme restaurant based on
Ludwig II, the last king of Bavaria. The restaurant had a wild game menu
that featured venison, pheasant, wild boar and rabbit. I ate the rabbit
selection for dinner that evening, and it was marvelous.
