Blood type diet

Along these same lines, would digest members PLEASE choose an
appropriate subject line when posting, rather than simply replying to
the digest and leaving the subject line that’s there? This is what
my Inbox looks like:
RE: [ER4YT-O] Digest Number 323
RE: [ER4YT-O] Digest Number 326
RE: [ER4YT-O] Digest Number 328
RE: [ER4YT-O] Digest Number 328
RE: [ER4YT-O] Digest Number 328
RE: [ER4YT-O] Digest Number 328
RE: [ER4YT-O] Digest Number 329
RE: [ER4YT-O] Digest Number 329
RE: [ER4YT-O] Digest Number 329
and so on.
There’s no way of knowing what these posts are about without

literally opening each one. I made this request a few weeks ago.
I’m sure I’m not the only one who likes to save many of the posts
sent to the list. I’m having a really hard time keeping track of
threads when nearly 1/3 of the posts are titled “Digest Number ___”.
On my knees, begging…
