laundry sheets, disks

all this talk about laundry, etc. has been great, and I have saved my
messages to check into these items later. In the meantime, has anybody
heard anything about, tried the laundry disks. What about alternatives
to fragrance free bounce? Has anybody anything to note in regard to the
cling free sheets for dryers?
Thanks for all your help,
Fran

    disks.
Yes, I tried it and didn’t think it cleaned well enough to continue with it.
For light laundry it was fine.

Hi All, I haven’t tried the laundry disks but I don’t have any trouble with
Arm & Hammer laundry detergent or the fragrance free bounce sheets or the
fragrance free Downy fabric softener liquid. I’m a Type O but my Dad is Type
A(his mom was type O,and so is mine ). I’ve been following the diet pretty
closely but my family is fighting tooth&nail( all type O )They don’t want to
give up corn chips & salsa, my diabetic daughter refuses to give up peanut
butter, and my husband refuses to give up milk or potatos.I feel great and
have lost over 60lbs (I have hypo-thyroid) so I’m sticking with it.I have
some really good recipes if you e-mail me I’ll be happy to share.

Have you tried some of the other nut butters or to make your own? I’ve found
some pretty palatable other nut butters though they are somewhat more expensive
    than
just peanut butter. I’d like some good recipes.. :) and great on the weight loss!!! :) Thanx.

and is allowed in a gluten free diet:
******sticky rice, the kind used for sushi etc, is high in gluten…i was
told by a prominant TV personality from a food show…
My ex-wife recently(some what reluctantly) stopped eating wheat to see
if it did make a difference, she started losing weight instantly and as
if to prove the point when she went to her daughters for a weekend she
put several pounds back on just from eating wheat based products.
******AWESOME report! thank you. i will try again.

I wonder if this is a case of being described as glutinous but not
necessarily containing gluten…will have to see what I can find :-)

    Hello Jhona,
Congrats on weightloss despite hypothyroid. I have that too. Or that was
the diagnosis. Some say weight loss is more difficult with hypothyroid. Are
you on medication for hypothyroid or just controlling it with other means,
like nutrition, etc.? How do you exercise? Any other pointers?
    Best Wishes,
Keep trying everything y’all. Pumpkin seeds and an apple, plenty of water
accompany me on my best days.
