		<description>I just had my bone density done and the councelling that was included
suggested sardines. They are the highest form of calcium out there. (if you
can stomach them) Me - I'm sticking to broccoli! I am happy to report that
my density is above average for a woman of my age. That is the first good
news I've had , healthwise, for years!
