Liver Cleanse, GB question

Thanks Natasha
Your feedback is valuable - I was also concerened about the Epsom salts as do
find that when I used it in the past I feel very letathargic for a day or two
afterwards.
I guess I will stick to the O programme.
Best wishes

Found this in the new TV Guide. A Type O recipe! Colin Mochrie is
one of the stars of the show “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” in case you
didn’t already know. :) COLIN MOCHRIE’S RICE SALAD
4 cups cooked brown short-grain rice
    1/2 cup black raisins
1/2 apple, diced into 1/2 inch cubes
    3 tablespoons sliced almonds
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
    Juice of one lemon
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    3 teaspoons curry powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    Fresh ground pepper, to taste
In a mixing bowl, combine rice, raisins, apple and almonds. In a

measuring cup, combine oil, lemon, garlic, curry, salt and pepper.
Mix well. Pour over rice and toss to coat. Chill. Serves 8 as a
    side dish.

    Dear Sherry
The liver cleanse I intend doing is the one from the Hulda Clark Book THE CURE
    FOR ALL DISEASES.
I will be going to India on the 15th of September for about 14 days and perhaps
should leave it until my return.
I will be going to Bangalore and then to the ashram of Sai Baba.
Glad to see you found the cleanse OK.
    Best wishes

Maybe after darshan and some vubhti(sp?) or just being there will be
enough that you will not be in need of the cleanse. Hope you have a
    good trip.

    Thanks Steve
I do appreciate all the information we receive via you and yes I also have a
feeling that Darshan etc will take care of all the problems and that the liver
cleanse after the trip would not be necessary any more.
I find that I react to soya, dairy products, legumes, wheat etc and as I have
been eating vegetarian for such a long time - find it very difficult to
introduce fish again - tried this the last few weeks only eating fish once a
week but then find that I feel awful the following day. - Don’t know how else I
can make up for the proteins thay I should have. Any idea?

    Thanks Pam
I do have various bajans on tape already - so do post your address as I will
send some onto you upon my return.
I will think of all of you as it has become part of my routine to first read all
    the ER4YT mail.
Love to all and I will still be around until the 14th of September.

    Thanks Sherry
For the meantime decided to rather just stick to my vegetarian diet as I don’t
seem to tolerate any form of flesh - will just go with the flow and see where it
takes me. Will follow the O plan but exclude the meat, fish etc.
    Best wishes

I know you were asking Elize but there are many web sites about and
dealing with the teachings of Sai Baba. If you want me to email you
    some let me know.

I will send it to you off list, unless anyone else wants the info posted
to the lists, and yes there are lots of things I don’t know about :-)
