Too much information!!!

This is interesting. I guess it goes back to everyone’s different. Carb
Addicts MUST combine carbs and proteins in order to lose weight, but for
food combining gurus, that’s the biggest no-no.
It all confuses me…so I just throw up my hands, eat what I want, and gain
weight…
Does anyone remember the book mentioned that also had to do with blood type
eating. I thought I had saved the info but can’t find it. Thanks.

If anyone is interested in info about canola/rape seed oil go to
www.geocities.com/Heartland/Village/7033/canolaoil.htm
Apparently Canola/Rape Seed Oil depresses the immune system, causing it to ‘go to sleep’.
This last month I have been wondering what has been going on with me as I have had cold sores, colds flu, headaches, etc. I have been eating a lot of canned tuna at lunch time which is in canola oil and rice milk which has canola oil in it.
I am just now starting to feel better and can feel myself improving.
Subject: Aspartame Disease!
WORLD ENVIRONMENTAL CONFERENCE and the MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS FOUNDATION & FDA
IS SUING FOR COLLUSION WITH MONSANTO.
Article written by Betty Martini
I have spent several days lecturing at the WORLD ENVIRONMENTAL CONFERENCE on
ASPARTAME: Marketed as ‘NutraSweet,’ ‘Equal,’ and ‘Spoonful.”‘ In the
keynote address by the EPA, they announced that there was an epidemic of
multiple sclerosis and systemic lupus, and they did not understand what
toxin was causing this to be rampant across the United States. I explained I
was there to lecture on exactly that subject.
When the temperature of Aspartame exceeds 86 degrees F, the wood alcohol in
ASPARTAME CONVERTS TO FROMALDEHYDE and then to formic acid, which in turn
causes metabolic acidosis. (Formic acid is the poison found in the sting of
fire ants.) The methanol toxicity mimics multiple sclerosis; thus, people
were being diagnosed with having multiple sclerosis in error. The multiple

I drink soy milk. It’s enriched with calcium. Despite conflicting reports,
i feel better, easier, more feminine. Might not work that way for anyone
else. But my type O toddler likes it too. I get the Silk chocolate made by
White Wave. No bad ingredients. Sold at regular grocery. I avoid dairy
products since ER. Even yogurt.
Good Luck,

Thanks for the report on Canola Oil. It confirmed what my instinct were
telling me. I do now remember reading something many many years ago about
rape seed oil but I didn’t realise that Canola Oil was Rape seed Oil. Many
thanks
Hi
What oil do we substitute for Canola Oil in recipes (Olive/Flax oil in ‘okay’
muffin recipe i found?) I doubt it!!!!.
Just to be on the safe side.

I loved this saga so much I’m going to add to it. The sandwich was actually started by The Earl of Sandwich in England because he did not want to quit playing poker to eat so had his servants put his dinner(meat) between two pieces of bread.(so says the magazine I read on the subject)
There are so many digestive enzymes I can’t decide which ones to take.
You might want to be careful, the seltzer companies will start a protest if you are suggesting getting rid of the hubby so that you won’t need their product.
In the matter of the hair. All this past year as my adrenals have been so out of whack I have been losing hair as well. That is not to say that a couple of years before perimenopause that I did notice that hair was disappearing from my entire body and showing up on my face. I often wondered why older women had “beards”.

Dear Nancy
Thanks about the recipe - yes coconut and yoghurt are frequently used when
making Briyani - I have adapted the recipes and still find them great. You can
add other spices as well like curry leaves or a bay leaf or two.
I also have a wonderful recipe for fish curry and all the spices are OK for us
O’s should someone be interested in it.
Curry is usually served with Roti an Indian flat bread -
Most recipes make use of the Indian names for the spices and then quite often
people think that the spices are not available.
I enjoy buying fresh herbs, drying them and then grinding my own spices - Indian
spices also do not contain cornmeal as many of the commercial spices do.
My partner is Indian and Hindu meaning that I cook 3 types of meals per day -
curry for Richard, vegetarian for me and more South African for my helper and
her baby.
It is also custom here in SA to serve people with food as soon as they arrive at
