CA and FL avocados LOOK different, so there is some difference there, but I
don’t know what it is.
I don’t know about that. I’ve heard that some O’s can tolerate oatmeal while
others can’t.
If it is now a neutral, I’d like to know how that’s possible. I’ve asked
this question before but didn’t get any responses. Anyone have an
understanding of how a food can change from avoid to neutral? If the food
was tested according to Dr. D’Adamo’s theory (the food agglutinizes the
blood or it doesn’t), what happens to change that?
Inquiring minds want to know…
Leslie asked:
Personally, I think any blood type can benefit from yoga, or any other form
of exercise. As with food, I think a *balance* in exercise is important:
balance the strenuous with the relaxing. It just makes sense.
I think the exercise guidelines in ER4YT are to recommend the type of
exercise a certain blood type might find most beneficial. It doesn’t mean
you can’t do the other.
I’m an O and find yoga extremely beneficial–in fact, crucial. When I do
more strenuous exercise, I tend to pull muscles easily.
thanks group for all the great tips! Few questions: For Type O’s ,,,
oatmeal was on the avoid list but I heard a rumor that it is now a neutral?
Is this true? Also, is it possible to find true artichoke pasta w/out
semolina? Is it possible to have some A traits (like benefiting from yoga)
if you are and O but one of your parents is an A?
Thanks for your help — I’m new to this but am finding new energy from this
new lifestyle! keep up the good work on staying healthy everybody! Leslie
I was invited to a dinner party Sunday night. A friend on holiday
from England was going to treat us with a native dish. Well, of
course
everything he prepared was an avoid (potatoes, corn, sausage, etc.).
What did I do? Sat right down and enjoyed a fine meal with good
friends. Very delicious!
The next day I was a little off, you know, sluggish, not feeling
quite energitic, that sort of thing. To counter that, I ate mostly HB
foods, with a few neutrals thrown in, and very low carbs (also went
horseback riding that evening, not a HB O exercise but very
enjoyable). The result? Today I feel pretty good again - high energy.
I was talking about this issue with a friend from work last week
(he’s an O) and he commented that as you rid your body of toxins, by
avoiding foods that place them there, you get internally cleansed.
The result of that cleansing is that your body can handle avoid

A Probiotic from Nature’s Biotics 1-(800) 713-3888 completely cured me from
vaginal discharge and I have not taken it for over a year and I haven’t had
any reoccurrence…I started taking this probiotic because a friend told me
it was just wonderful and not for any reason in special. After a while of
taking it I just realized my constipation was gone and one day I realized
also there were no traces of discharge which had been going on for several
years.
Olive Leaf Extract also seems it is good for Candida sufferers. I started
taking it last week to prevent a wart to reappear so I don’t know yet if it
will work or not. Their number is: 1(800)656-8687
Good luck!

Hi,
My Naturopath just mentioned that Liquid Chlorophyll helps with constipation.
<<<<<<<<sluggish metabolism runs in the type O family
that advice, I’ll feel I have contributed. Don’t have to let me know!

Hi Elize,
I read a story about a gentleman who had same symptoms like yours and cured
them by eating a bowl of black cherries. It was all he had in fridge.
Because of his symptoms, he didn’t feel like fixing anything else, and this
was to his benefit. Black cherry Juice is Highly Beneficial. You may be
able to make something of this. I have pain and swelling right now. It
hinders exercise. There are mood swings. Some discouragement. Possibly
detox reaction , if you are eating HB foods. Help liver and kidneys with
Dandelion Tea. Wash out with lots of good water.
Oh, I hope you get better soon

My pharmacist just gave me a bottle of Aloe herb treatment to use as it claims
to assist with nausea, depression, muscular pain, menopausal symptoms, colon
cleanser, candida, chronic fatigue etc
Now I notice on the food list that Aloe is a no go for O’s - does anyone out
there know why.
Is avocado now part of the OK foods for us as I could never understand why we
should not be able to use it as it contains all the good fats and oils that we
need.
Thanks and best wishes
Elize
