one of our guests served napoleons (sp?) for dessert that night and there was

I know that Dr. D is against using a raw egg in mayonnaise, but my
mom has been making this recipe for years and has yet to come down
with food poisoning. So, for those who are looking for a really good
homemade mayonnaise (I’ve tasted it…it’s very good!) and don’t mind
using a raw egg, this is from the Diet Center Recipe Book:
Put in blender:
1 egg
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
pinch salt
dash paprika
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 small clove garlic, minced
dash onion powder (optional)
Blend on HIGH for 5 seconds.
Drizzle in:

Re[2]: [ER4YT-O]YEAST INFECTIONS

Friday, July 25th, 2003

In my “… Family Guide to Homeopathy” it suggests in the self help
section for Candidiasis that :
“…Cut down consumption of refined carbohydrates, provided you
are not underweight. Also reduce consumption of foods containing yeasts
and moulds… To keep gut bacteria healthy, drink Acidophilus milk
occasionally, or take Acidophilus tablets. Eat more foods rich in
biotin and be liberal with the garlic and fresh leafy vegetables. Take
extra vitamin A, B, C zinc, iron, and magnesium.”
In the intro that section it states:
“…eating over-refined carbohydrates or foods containing yeasts
or moulds will adversely affect competing populations of healthy
bacteria in the body, allowing Candida to thrive.”
I hope this helps in some small way and God speed your recovery.

Re[2]: [ER4YT-O] Elize again

to assist with nausea, depression, muscular pain, menopausal symptoms, colon
cleanser, candida, chronic fatigue etc
should not be able to use it as it contains all the good fats and oils that we
need.
According to the copy of ER4YT I have Aloe is both a stimulate to the
immune system and causes blood thinning. I think (and somebody please
correct me if I am wrong) when something stimulates the immune system it
causes the body to believe it under attack and so defends its self.
Blood thinning I think would be a problem to those with low blood
pressure.

Oat Flour / Oat / Oatmeal / Oat Bran are listed on th e ER4YT Food List
v4.2 (03/2000) as AN that is:
“The food is an avoid [A] if you wish to lose weight or are
living with a chronic inflammatory disease. If you consider yourself
healthy and do not wish to lose weight, these foods are neutral.”
Artichoke pasta w/o semolina ??? Don’t know Ihave never even seen it
here in the UK, least not in the HFS that I frequent.
Othwers here have often said how they have benefitted from non-O
activities/foods, we are all individuals even if we have the same blood
type.

Pizza Crust

Wednesday, July 23rd, 2003

I found this in the recipe files on dadamo.com. I haven’t tried it yet. I
wonder if buckwheat or brown rice flour will do just as well?
Spelt Pizza Crust
1 1/4 cups warm water
1 packet quick rising yeast (2tsp)
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. molasses
1/2 tsp salt
5 cups spelt (sub. buckwheat?) flour
Dissolve yeast in warm water that has the honey and molasses mixed in it.
Add flour and salt. Mix well and knead for about 5 minutes. Shape as desired
(pizza crust, dinner rolls, sweet rolls, breadsticks, etc) Cover with clean
cloth and let rise for about 30 minutes. Bake at 350* for about 30 minutes.
Cooking time will vary depending on size and shape of your loaf. FOR PIZZA:
remove from oven after 20 minutes, quickly add sauce, cheese, toppings and

interesting,,, on the yoga + exercise question. thanks for your input.
Since er4yt, I’ve upped the aerobic exercise,,, esp. in the aft. when I start
to get that I-want-to-take-a nap feeling - now I’m replacing the nap w/ 1/2
hour of fast paced walking and that tiredness disappears!! do yoga 1x/wk
and love it so def. won’t give it up!!
Florida avocados instead of CA,,, hmmm. if someone has anymore info on that
- pls. write!
just ordered the er4yt recipe book,, hoping that gives some good bread ideas
cause I don’t know if I can live on Ezekial/Essene alone!! we make a lot of
homemade pizzas and am curious to see if there’s a good white flour
replacement…

This diet has ruined me! I no longer enjoy the taste of cappucino in the
mornings, and even chocolate is starting to taste funny….
