Typically, Type O's don't handle vinegar or anything "pickled" very
well. According to CR4YT, they're indigestible and severely irritate
the Type O stomach lining.
For a long time, I would have diarrhea after eating salad. Of course
I thought it was one of the vegetables. It never occurred to me that
it was the dressing!
If your husband's indigestion improves after taking organic apple
cider vinegar, then I wouldn't want to be the one to tell him to stop
taking it.
